Application

If you have decided that CAL is the right place for you, you will need to complete the application
process in order to be considered for the program. Following are the things you must do:

• Complete the Student Application Form and return to your home high school counseling office with your forecasting materials by the due date.
• Put name, home high school and student ID number on the top of every page.
• Provide a transcript.
• Have two teachers complete the Teacher Recommendation Form and return to your counselor by the end of forecasting. At least one of the teacher recommendations must be from an English or math teacher.
• Submit two completed copies of your CAL Application.
